SamsHolidayLogoI like to give gifts.  I like to give gifts that are personal, that make my friends and family know that I listen to them and understand and support their dreams and wishes.  But…let’s be real.  While I usually get to do that for my mother, husband and daughter, the odds that I’m going to be able to pick the perfect gift for everyone on my list with a limited budget and limited time is just totally unrealistic.

So, instead of running around like crazy, hemming and hawing over what to get and adding more stress to the holiday season than is necessary, you should try the Sam’s Club Gift Guide!  Gifts Galore is a section of Sam’s Club “Holidays Made Simple” website and campaign.  Gift Galore refers to Sam’s Clubs Holiday Gift Guide, which aims to help you utilize Sam’s Club to the utmost in getting great deals on great gifts.  For instance, if I have to go and buy a gift for my friend’s teenage son who loves video games, I’m not necessarily going to know what the hot games are since I don’t play video games very often.  But, with the help of the Gift Guide, I can figure out the latest titles and seem like I actually know what I’m talking about.  If you’re not a technology buff, but want to get your best friend the new cell phone they’ve been craving, you can check out the Gift Guide to help make your decision an easy one.  You can search the Gift Guide by amount of money you want to spend, who the recipient is (kid, tech geek, kitchen fanatic, etc) and you’ll be presented with a fantastic list of possible gift ideas for you to choose from!Picture 17

Another positive thing about the Gift Guide is that it might allow you to keep a gift a surprise while actually conducting research!  There have been several times over the years that I’ve been going to get Adam a gift but I needed further information – which color he wanted, the technical specifications he wanted, etc.  Now, there’s no great way to basically ask the gift recipient what their preference are without giving away the surprise, but if you were to show them the Gift Guide and casually strike up a conversation you might just be able to get the answers you need!  Unless of course you’re like me and pretty much incapable of keeping a surprise secret because you have the self-restraint of a four year old.  I seriously don’t think Adam’s had a present that has been an actual surprise or hasn’t been given to him about a week early because I couldn’t contain myself!
